i graduated with my Wine & Spirits Education Trust UK Level 3 with distinction and am currently pursuing my Diploma of Wine with one more exam to go!
In my free time, i enjoy experimenting in wine & food pairing and very often my team and I get stares from the hawkers for bringing our own crystal glasses whilst enjoying good old hawker food along the road side…
